"I am forever grateful to AMC for saving my fur baby Leo’s life. The care and attention they gave him and I was beyond their duty. Leo was lifeless and I was a nervous wreck. They started full care for Leo and helped me get him into the best hospital in the area. They also comforted and reassured me and helped me to make the correct decisions for Leo. They never mind me calling to ask them the many questions I have and always explain everything I need to know. All members of staff are very professional and knowledgeable, not just about the animals they care for but also the animal parents. They have a personal touch and care for each client. I always feel well taken care of and leave happy with the service I have received. When I got my second rescue dog, all staff took the time to introduce themselves to her slowly. On our first check up visit, Giovanni was so kind and gentle towards my terrified rescue. He examined her where she felt comfortable and this process took double the time of a normal check up. I can truly say my Leo (Bichon) loves going to Animal Medical Centre and at times when we pass the building on our daily walk he automatically runs towards them... that’s a sign of a great veterinarian practice, when the dog loves going there."

"From the first time I took my cat Cubby to the Animal Medical Centre I was made to feel very welcome, the service they provide is top notch. Every member of staff is friendly, helpful, supportive and very kind, they treat your pets like they are their own and I find that very comforting. They helped me find out what was wrong with my Cubby and have helped and advised through his treatment. I also have a second cat called Tabitha and they have helped me through her ups and downs as well. All in all I think the Animal Medical Centre is wonderful."

"My two cats, Rosie and Gussie, spend a lot of time in the cattery as I travel quite a lot. It is great. I leave them feeling confident that they will be well looked after and probably spoilt. The staff are very professional and being located in a vet practice gives me the extra security of knowing medical help is on hand should it be needed. The cats come back with more toys than they left with. They are groomed and cuddled. The staff are great and make you feel that your cat is special...and you can get a photo of them. When I get out my cat baskets my kitties pop in cheerfully as they know where they are going are happy to go."

Stephen, Claire and Leona are fantastic at sending little updates telling me how Lulu is getting on and are tremendously efficient at checking in and out. I would strongly recommend it as a place to take good care of your cat whilst you are away."
