A balanced diet is essential for normal growth and development. It is important not to have too much or too little of the essential nutrients.
It is best to feed your dog or cat according to its age and health. For example a puppy or kitten has different nutritional needs than an adult (up to 8 years of age) or a senior animal (over 8 years of age).
